The association represents the interests of its members, institutions providing Paying Agency and similar services, in the International Capital Markets.

ICMSA MEMBERSHIP

The primary purpose of the ICMSA is to foster the highest standards in the practice and management of international capital market services.

The ICMSA considers regulatory, legal and fiscal market developments that impact the issuance and asset servicing of international securities. The ICMSA Sub-Committees strive to create and implement best practices through published recommendations that facilitate the efficient functioning of the capital markets.
